Job summary

Enchantment Resort is seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar service teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to health and safety standards. The role emphasizes staff development, productivity, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory F&B experience, a flexible schedule, and a strong focus on service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years previous Food & Beverage and supervisory experience.
• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, full flexibility to accommodate varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front of house food and beverage areas to ensure guest service and safety.
• Oversee training, merchandising, and quality cost control for the F&B department.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and performance evaluations for service staff and supervisory personnel.
• Observe safety and legal requirements as to health and labor department requirements.
• Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of all front of house areas and service stations.
• Supervise inventory control and purchase of food and beverage equipment and product.
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure a consistent guest experience at a high quality level.
• Ensure that all departmental work schedules are in compliance with staffing guidelines and that staffing levels are sufficient to provide service in accordance to company staffing guidelines and operating budget.
• Other projects as assigned by Director of Food and Beverage Outlets.
