Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ is seeking an energetic Front of House Supervisor for the Food & Beverage department. You will oversee daily FOH operations, ensure guest service is exceptional, and help drive revenue while maintaining budget discipline.

You will supervise staff, assist in hiring and training, manage inventory, and enforce health and safety standards. Strong English communication, CRM usage, and math skills are essential in this fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of food & beverage supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying hotel business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house areas to meet objectives and safety.
• Train staff; manage merchandising and cost control.
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
• Ensure health and labor regulations compliance.
• Maintain front-of-house areas and service stations.
• Oversee inventory control and purchasing of equipment.
• Devise approaches to increase F&B revenue.
• Implement service standards for a consistent guest experience.
• Schedule staff within guidelines and budget.
• Other projects as assigned by the Director of F&B Outlets.
