Responsibilities

• Supervise all front of house food and beverage areas to ensure safety and service.
• Oversee training, merchandising and quality cost control of the F&B department.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and performance evaluations of service staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and labor department requirements.
• Supervise maintenance of front of house areas and service stations.
• Control inventory and purchasing of F&B equipment and products.
• Devise approaches to increase F&B revenue and profitability.
• Develop service standards for a consistent guest experience.
• Ensure staffing levels meet budget and guidelines.
