Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar food environment.
• Basic POS understanding and ability to run sales reports, comps, and voids.
• Knowledge of proper food prep and storage procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with guests and staff.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking with ability to identify and streamline processes.
• Innovative problem-solver capable of resolving complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager and act as manager on duty during days off/vaca.
• Manage staff schedules to meet service and labor goals.
• Ensure staff dress code compliance and proper licenses.
• Resolve employee issues and document disciplinary actions.
• Supervise staff to meet department and property standards.
• Train new employees.
• Prepare and run reports as directed by the F&B Manager.
• Motivate staff to meet performance standards and maintain a productive climate.
• Complete performance appraisals on designated team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned and follow safety rules.
