Job summary

Cedars at Dungeness in Sequim, WA is seeking a Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor to support the F&B Manager, supervise daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will schedule staff, assist with payroll, train new team members, and handle issues promptly while maintaining standards and compliance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in a similar food industry.
  • Must have basic understanding of POS and be able to run sales reports, comp, and voids.
  • Knowledge of proper food preparation and storage procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interface with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the F&B Manager and relieve him/her as the person in charge during days off and/or vacation.
  • Maintain an efficient schedule to meet quality of service and labor goals.
  • Ensure all staff meet dress code and department standards; possess required licenses.
  • Resolve staff issues and document disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Train new employees; run and input reports as outlined by the F&B Manager.
  • Maintain a productive work climate and motivate employees to meet performance standards.

Must work as manager on duty fulfilling all requirements as outlined by the F&B Manager. Responsible for scheduling, assisting with payroll and meeting task deadlines in a timely manner.
