Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Food & Beverage Expo Lead to coordinate the flow of food and beverages from the main kitchen to suites during events. You will serve as the primary operational liaison between the Culinary Team and Suites Operations, ensuring orders are complete, presented properly, and delivered on time.

You will oversee expo and runner teams, verify correct items, organize deliveries by suite and schedule, and promptly communicate dietary needs or issues to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event Suite Readiness: Conduct pre-event walkthroughs of suites to verify food and beverage setups are complete and presentation standards are met.
• Kitchen Expo & Food Coordination: Manage the primary food expo area supporting Suites and oversee the flow of food from the main kitchen to suite delivery.
• Food & Beverage Runner Supervision: Direct Food & Beverage Runners and ensure they understand assigned delivery locations and priorities.
