Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Part-Time Event Staff Food and Beverage to support concessions, bars, and banquet functions at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas. You will assist with setup, service, and breakdown while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle cash and maintain clean, stocked service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and at least 2 years event-related experience.
• TABC certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional guest service and assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage operations.
• Support concessions, bar, and banquet functions under supervision.
• Ensure timely service, cleanliness, and adherence to standards.
• Accurately process cash and credit transactions using POS systems; balance cash drawers.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Upsell opportunities to maximize profitability and assist teammates as needed.
• Complete opening/closing paperwork and restock inventory.
