LEGENDS GLOBAL seeks a Cook for The Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX to prepare hot and cold dishes for events in a fast-paced setting. • Sets station up prior to opening to ensure readiness based on par levels.
• Maintains clean, organized, and sanitary work area and workstation.
• Operates equipment safely and cooks items to order.
