Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Roswell, GA is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to lead our boutique hotel dining and beverage operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will manage restaurant operations, ensure high service standards, drive profitability, mentor the F&B team, and collaborate across hotel outlets to deliver memorable guest experiences.

This role requires 4+ years in restaurant management and a passion for hospitality values, with scheduling across days,

• 4+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership from check-in to food service and daily operations oversight.
• Oversee food and beverage across hotel space to ensure maximum profits and guest experiences.
• Maintain high service and quality standards including food production, equipment use, banquet, room, and beverage service.
• Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage operations team.
• Implement and monitor ordering and receiving programs to ensure proper quantities and pricing.
• Act as an ambassador for IRHG and provide leadership to all F&B outlets.
• Provide unique guest services to create memorable experiences and guest retention.
