Job summary

Mountain View Country Club Inc seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all front-of-house dining, banquets, and beverage operations, partnering with the Executive Chef to deliver elevated member experiences.

The role drives service excellence, team development, and sustainable financial results, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support events and member functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in food & beverage operations, preferably private club or luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Sommelier certification is a strong plus and CMAA education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all front-of-house F&B operations and guest experiences.
• Oversee dining venues, banquets, events, and beverage operations; partner with Executive Chef on menus.
• Manage F&B budgeting, forecasting, inventory controls, labor, and P&L performance.
• Collaborate with Events team for member events and tournaments; ensure high service standards.
• Develop staff, foster hospitality culture, and coach leaders to deliver exceptional member satisfaction.
