Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B division with strong profitability focus and brand compliance. The role drives guest satisfaction, oversees banquet and catering operations, and collaborates with Sales on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in a Restaurant GM or DFB role, a hospitality degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education
• Post-high school education preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Budgeted revenues/expenses for F&B and profitability.
• Monitor cost-control in inventory, sales and payroll.
• Increase guest satisfaction through outstanding product and service.
• Follow brand directives for menus and programs.
• Direct daily staff activities and priorities; manage coverage.
• Oversee Executive Chef and quality/presentation of all food.
• Direct banquet and catering operations and supervision.
• Collaborate with Sales on F&B minimums and selling guidelines.
• Partner with Sales on marketing strategies and brand standards.
• Lead all banquet operations and staffing oversight.
• Review menus and pricing across restaurant outlets and banquets.
• Ensure product evaluation and staff development align with market position.
