• Track record of developing successful teams.
• Hands-on industry experience is valued.
• Certifications in ServSafe Manager and TIPS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team.
• Be a visible, approachable presence with staff and members.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menus, pricing, and ideas.
• Oversee dining operations, events, banquets, and beverage service.
• Manage budgets, labor, food costs, purchasing, inventory, and P&L.
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Develop promotions to keep offerings engaging.
• Build relationships with vendors and the club.
