Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage service and current hospitality trends.
• Experience training and developing employees.
• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
• ServSafe, Florida Food Manager (CPFM), and TIPS certifications.
• Flexibility to work a hospitality schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is looking for a Clubhouse Dining Manager who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality to our dining operation.

This isn’t a behind-the-desk management job. You’ll be out on the floor — supporting your team, talking with members, solving problems, and making sure service runs smoothly.

If you’re someone who can lead a pre-shift meeting, coach an employee, handle a member request, and jump in to help the team when the dining room gets busy, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll oversee the day-to-day service in our Clubhouse dining operation while leading and developing our front-of-house team. The position supervises our floor managers, banquet captains, servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, and food runners.

You’ll:
