Job summary

The Dunes of Naples in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to lead and develop multiple F&B outlets within a fast-paced resort environment. This role emphasizes operations, vendor relationships, inventory, and cost controls to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Field related education or one or more years of related experience.
• Experience managing food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules for all food and beverage departments, according to budget and forecast.
• Manages and assists in the ordering of all alcohol beverages; maintains beverage pour cost and pricing.
• Works closely with kitchen leadership to ensure quality, timing, and cost controls.
• Assists in budget development and cost analysis; supports marketing of restaurant and catering.
