Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Food & Beverage Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide F&B initiatives across properties. You will drive development projects, openings, and brand rollouts, while researching trends and bringing innovative concepts to life.

This role requires coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely, high-quality executions and continuous brand evolution. The position focuses on reducing execution gaps and enabling leadership to focus on strategic growth,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, project management, or hospitality development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and execute complex projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional F&B initiatives from planning through execution.
• Oversee new property openings and brand rollouts.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met with discipline.
• Drive operational readiness and reduced opening risks.
• Coordinate with Procurement IT Marketing HR Design & Construction Finance & Legal.
