Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an F&B Design Review Manager to lead regional F&B design projects across Premium, Lifestyle and Luxury brands. You will collaborate with Brand Management and Architecture & Design teams to guide prototype and custom F&B designs in line with budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years extensive F&B design experience with 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant F&B design.
• Strong communication and hospitable disposition.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize items.
• Enthusiastic team player focused on contributing and learning.
• Knowledge of F&B trade resources, vendors, and operational objectives.
• Experience with data management and spreadsheet/database solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas (AMER) F&B design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Brand Management and Architecture & Design teams for Premium, Lifestyle, and Luxury brands.
• Evaluate design and operational requirements during pre-deal activities.
• Provide F&B design direction to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop cost-efficient F&B design resources aligned with brand standards.
• Work with hotel owners and design teams to deliver F&B experiences for brand initiatives.
• Serve as SME and advisor to stakeholders and consultants on F&B design direction.
• Participate in meetings with owners, consultants, and contractors for new builds and renovations.
• Develop and share F&B design tools and resources with partners and franchisees.
• Evaluate equipment suppliers and assist in cost modeling.
