Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Food & Beverage and Finance operations. The role focuses on cost reporting, inventory management, and financial analysis to drive profitability and compliance across the campus.

The ideal candidate collaborates with Culinary, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams and maintains accurate cost controls within POS and inventory systems; prior experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in F&B cost control, purchasing, inventory management, accounting, finance, or related field; hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
• Review purchasing activity for pricing trends and compliance.
• Monitor actual costs vs budget, analyze variances, and provide explanations.
