Job summary

The Broadmoor is seeking a Cost Control Clerk to manage daily admin duties and strict inventory controls for the Food & Beverage department in Colorado Springs. You will support the F&B Director and Cost Controller, performing data entry, invoice reconciliation, and menu costing to maximize profitability and minimize waste.

Ideal candidates have associate degree in finance or accounting and strong Excel/Data analysis skills, with experience in F&B administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis is essential.
• F&B admin, cost control, or storekeeping experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and spot-check inventories across kitchens, bars, and storerooms.
• Identify and report discrepancies between theoretical and actual stock levels.
• Match delivery notes with POs and invoices to ensure accurate pricing and quantities.
• Assist Cost Controller with recipe data in the inventory system to calculate plate costs.
• Log spoilage and cost transfers to track revenue loss in the purchasing system.
