Qualifications

• Associate degree or three years relevant experience or training.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like AS400, JD Edwards, and Perceptive.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and matches invoices, receiving records and purchase orders.
• Verifies general ledger coding or assigns appropriate coding when necessary.
• Posts invoices through computer systems.
• Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves invoice problems.
• Prints accounts payable reports and maintains files.
• Troubleshoots problems with receivers and invoices.
• Collaborates with internal departments to get invoices approved and coded.
