Qualifications

• At least 8 years of culinary experience in banquet facilities producing meals for large events.
• Serve-Safe certified.
• Strong budgeting and cost control experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and prepare all food items.
• Maintain food costs and budget goals.
• Produce products per Banquet Event Orders for events.
• Develop proposals for potential clients including tastings on larger plated events.
• Entertain prospective clients with Chef tastings.
• Report event costs daily to the Food & Beverage Director.
• Lead and train kitchen and stewarding staff; ensure health regulations compliance.
• Develop menus and related projects; maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance.
• Interact with restaurant and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
