Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, handling cash, and coordinating reservations while maintaining service quality. Must be 16+ and able to work flexible breakfasts, lunches, or dinners including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale computer and calculator.
• Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional image representative of company image.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.
• Physical requirements include standing (up to 100% of shift), walking, bending, stooping, hearing, speaking and finger dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in the restaurant and seat guests in accordance with their requests and server rotation*.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash control and settlement of guest charges*.
• Coordinate reservations and seating charts, answer telephones; and oversee service, safety, and sanitation to ensure quality*.
• Respond to guests' questions, requests, and concerns*.
• Perform other duties as assigned
