Highgate Hotels in Colorado is seeking a dynamic F&B Captain to lead bartending and serving duties, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth outlet operations. You will set service standards, assist with opening/closing tasks, and mentor teammates during service.

The role requires prior bartending/serving experience, plus leadership skills and a strong knowledge of beverage service. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in bartending and serving.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage and alcohol service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work as part of a team.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Hotel or resort F&B experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests as a bartender and server.
• Lead presence on the floor and support the F&B team during service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, including setup, breakdown, stocking, and securing the outlet.
• Support smooth shift transitions and communicate with incoming team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B areas.
• Monitor and replenish bar and service supplies as needed.
• Assist during high-volume periods to ensure timely service.
• Ensure service standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Address guest concerns and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Assist with training and guiding new team members.
• Process guest checks, payments, and cash per hotel procedures.
• Follow all alcohol, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional F&B duties as assigned.
