Job summary

Four Seasons Miami is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across our pool, recreational facilities, Bahia Restaurant, and related outlets. You will lead staff, ensure safety standards, manage schedules, and drive guest satisfaction with proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in hospitality or recreation.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and opening/closing.
• Supervise FOH and BOH staff and ensure standards.
• Train new team members and coach for guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ordering, budgets, and costs.
• Oversee pool, recreational areas and safety compliance.
• Plan and lead recreational programs and events.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experience.
