PENN Entertainment in Riverside, CA is seeking a staff supervisor to support talent acquisition, interviewing, training, and scheduling across the team. You will partner with management to ensure compliance with bargaining agreements, maintain safety and productivity, and monitor performance and attendance to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 year related experience.
• Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents; write reports.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups.

Responsabilités

• Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new team members.
• Prepare administrative records and reports for areas of responsibility.
• Review and adjust team schedules, including bidding and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with any bargaining agreement and company policy.
• Supervise tasks and performance to meet guidelines.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and asset protection.
