Job summary

Tharros is seeking a talented F-47 Staff Support professional to join our team, supporting MAJCOM staff functions, updating training documents, and coordinating on readiness taskings. Occasional travel may be required.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility, USAF experience and strong communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work within the ACC Flight Operations context to enable mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
• 2 Years of HQ staff experience at the MAJCOM or higher.
• USAF Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) graduate.
• 10 years of USAF fighter rated aviation experience.
• 1 year of recent F-22 or F-35 flight experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) policy development and training program updates.
• Develop and coordinate Live Virtual Constructive training requirements and 4th Gen TTPs.
• Assist with CAF syllabi development and CAF training range requirements.
• Coordinate exercise participation and readiness taskings for the F-16 enterprise.
• Support site surveys and basing proposals as needed.

Serving in a vital capacity, Tharros supports HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) with combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces. Support includes technical and subject matter expertise to develop and oversee policy for ACC flight operations, aircrew flying training, mission operations, and formal training programs.

I n support of this exciting mission, Tharros is seeking a talented F-47 Staff Support professional to join our team.In this role, you will support MAJCOM staff level functions to include incorporating CCMD requirements into training programs and updating required documents, F-47 total force integration issues, unit manning requirements analysis, and advise and coordinate on training and readiness taskings. Occasional travel may be required. Additional duties include:

• Support F-16 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations and training. This includes foreign tactics manual development, assisting SAF/IA with foreign disclosure activities, and supporting foreign CONUS operations and training activities.
• Support development and coordination of Live Virtual Constructive training requirements; weapons and tactics planning.
• Support the development and documentation of 4th Generation Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and assist in developing and fielding 4th Generation fighter training range requirements.
• Assist with CAF syllabi development and coordinate exercise participation to maximize training opportunities for the entire F-16 enterprise.
• Support F-16 Site Survey and Programing Plan Site Activation and serve as CAF operations focal point for assessing, recommending, and facilitating permanent new mission basing/beddown proposals.
