Tharros is seeking a talented F-16 Staff Support professional to join our team in support of HQ ACC Flight Operations Division. You will assist with policy development, training programs, and readiness taskings for the Combat Air Forces.

Key duties include coordinating with F-16 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales, developing live-virtual-constructive training requirements, and supporting CAF syllabi and site activation planning. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
• 1 year HQ staff experience at the MAJCOM or higher.
• 5 years USAF fighter-rated aviation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and videoconferencing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support F-16 Partner Nations and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) operations and training.
• Develop Live Virtual Constructive training requirements; weapons and tactics planning.
• Develop and document 4th Generation Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and assist in fielding training range requirements.
• Assist with CAF syllabi development and coordinate exercise participation.
• Support F-16 Site Survey and Programing Plan Site Activation; CAF operations focal point for basing proposals.
