Drgok in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Simulator Technician to perform technical analyses of F-35 Pilot Training Device implementations, modifications, and enhancements per customer specs. The role includes on-site liaison with customer personnel and preparation for mission-specific use of training devices.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, defining technical solutions, and delivering training briefs to customers and vendors.

Competenze

• Security Plus certificate will be REQUIRED.
• Technical Report writing.
• Experience with drawing/schematics reading and interpretation.
• Fault Isolation and problem analysis at subsystem level.
• Military fighter aircraft experience.

• Troubleshoots technical problems and issues with the training devices.
• Determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications.
• Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
• Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
• Readies training devices for customer use and assists with mission specific preparations.
• Acts as local on-site representative to customer’s organization.
• Document all unusual operational/maintenance problems to support identifying failure trends.
• Work with and communicate well both orally and written in a team environment as this position involves significant interface with customer personnel at all levels.
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to establish and maintain a library of technical documentation.
• Manage and track multiple engineering and logistic support activities, providing periodic status to the customer and program management team.
