ASRC Federal Broadleaf seeks a highly skilled F-35 Interoperability support professional to translate weapon system requirements into documented resources and analyses for the USAF HQ ACC contract on Langley AFB, VA.

You will collaborate with DoD stakeholders to develop rapid prototyping documents, CAP statements, and related acquisition reports while ensuring alignment with A5/8/9 mission needs and POM processes.

Qualifikationen

• 10 years’ experience as a 5th Generation Fighter Pilot.
• Experience in C2 operations and CONOPS development.
• Experience in Non-Traditional ISR, conventional weapons, and C2ISR.
• 4 years’ major acquisition program experience.
• Combined Test Force/Joint Test Force experience.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 3 years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher staff in operations or relevant mission area.

Aufgaben

• Translate weapon system requirements into documented resource reports and analyses.
• Plan, program, budget, and execute resource requirements; defend data via the USAF POM process.
• Develop Rapid Prototyping Requirements Documents, Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents, and Capabilities Needs Statements.
• Support studies, technical analyses, and reports to identify capability gaps and effectiveness of capabilities.
• Coordinate with IPTs and working groups to ensure data consistency across documents.
