Job summary

ASRC Federal Broadleaf is seeking a highly motivated Basing Contractor Program Analyst to support HQ Air Combat Command F-35 SMO site activation and beddown coordination. The role guides basing analyses, MILCON estimates, and site surveys across MAJCOM, HAF, and JPO/SPO levels.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of relevant experience, and a TS/SCI clearance. Core hours, flexible scheduling, and compressed work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Three years MAJCOM staff experience as Military, Civilian or Contractor.
• Ten years of relevant experience.
• Top Secret clearance, SCI.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Strategic Basing Process guidelines under SAF/IEIB oversight and ACC/IEIB governance.
• Adhere to ACC Instruction 38-404 for programming plans and messages.
• Provide consultative, decision-quality analysis to senior government officials and internal/external customers on basing planning.
• Provide analysis in accordance with directives and guidelines; be responsive to government needs.
• Offer thoroughly researched, staffed recommendations to the government client per instructions.
• Complete SATAF, Site Survey, and other trip reports within ten business days of activity.
• Provide reports on assimilation of a new weapon system onto a base, including a Programming Plan and milestones.
• Lead SATAF/Site Survey visits on behalf of the ACC client.
• Include assessments of facility requirements, MILCON estimates, and environmental/political/cultural factors for beddowns at bases.
