Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Aircraft Crew Chief/Mechanic to support Luke AFB operations on F-35 aircraft. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, and servicing per JTD and program guidance, with duties on the flightline and in the CMMS/ALIS ecosystem.

The role requires experience with F-35 systems, field-level modifications, and the ability to train teammates. Candidates must be US citizens with the ability to obtain necessary clearances and work varying shifts including overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months of hands-on flightline F-35 maintenance experience including ALIS-related activities.
• Requires minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in USAF AFSC 5/7-skill levels or equivalent on Fighter/Attack Helicopter aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, launch and recovery on F-35 aircraft.
• Ensure aircraft are in safe mechanical condition for flight.
• Maintain aircraft records in CMMS/ALIS and update status.
• Train and assign tasks to team members; support Field-Level Modifications.
• Work across first, second and third shifts; be prepared for OT when required.
