Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Patuxent River, MD, seeks an experienced F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Egress Systems Supervisor to lead the ITF Flight Test Maintenance team deployed to NAS Patuxent River. You will provide technical direction and manage personnel and resources to ensure airworthiness.

Responsibilities include supervising egress maintenance, coordinating with Maintenance Managers, training staff, signing off releases, and ensuring safety and compliance on the flight line, with shift flexibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Egress maintenance experience.
• Fighter Aircraft Maintenance experience (F-35, F-22, F-15, F-16, F-18, etc.).
• Experience leading, training, and/or assisting weapons qualified personnel; removal/installation and scheduled maintenance of Egress systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the ITF Flight Test Maintenance department.
• Direct coordination with ITF Maintenance Managers for maintenance activities.
• Lead, train, and assist Egress qualified personnel and perform maintenance planning for F-35 aircraft and support equipment.
