Job summary

GMRE is seeking a Program Manager with comprehensive aerospace engineering experience for F-16 block upgrades and DoD programs. You will guide acquisitions, schedule, and cost baselines, and support senior leaders with programmatic updates to GMRE and USAF.

Responsibilities include leading TCTO modifications, training maintenance staff, performing diagnostics, and ensuring adherence to regulatory reports and IMP/IMS reviews. Candidates need active SECRET clearance and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• MA/MS with 12 years of programmatic experience including 5 years DoD experience.
• BA/BS with 15 years of programmatic experience including 5 years DoD experience.
• Certifications with 20 years of programmatic experience including 8 years DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program and technical expertise for existing TCTO and future modifications to the F-16.
• Conduct training for new team members and maintenance personnel as required.
• Perform field level diagnostics and repair components, as necessary.
• Provide programmatic updates to Senior leaders in GMRE and USAF.
