Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Test Director to lead testing and evaluation of Military Single or Multi-Engine Fixed-Wing aircraft for the design, development, production, test, and sell-off of simulation training devices.

You will build, lead and execute integration, test and deployment plans to verify requirements before customer acceptance. The role requires a SECRET clearance, strong leadership, customer-facing skills, and the ability to travel extensively across CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and end users.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers.
• Pilot experience preferred in fighter aircraft environment.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of system design and requirements definition.
• Serve as SME for the application.
• Manage hardware and software system integration.
• Conduct mission environment testing.
• Lead all test efforts: system tests, acceptance tests, configuration, scheduling, and customer interface.
• Write test plans and document results.
