Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an Instructor Pilot to lead simulator sessions and pre-flight briefings in Arlington, Texas. You will build confidence and skill, ensuring pilots are prepared for critical moments while advancing your own expertise with CAE's advanced training and technology.

The role emphasizes leadership, extensive flight and systems knowledge, and collaboration with customers and SMEs, with travel and shift flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and end users.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends/odd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of system design and testing.
• Lead test efforts: system tests, acceptance tests, configuration, scheduling, and customer interface.
• Write test plans, conduct tests, document results, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage disruption review boards and oversee cost, schedule, and technical issues.
