Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a Test Director to lead the testing and evaluation of multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft simulations and training devices. You will build and manage integration, test, and deployment activities aligned with verified program requirements.

The role requires a SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligible preferred), strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with military customers. Travel up to 50% and non-standard hours may be required.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both office and government/military customers.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers and manage complex test programs.
• Experience in senior aircraft maintenance management and/or training leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work unconventional hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and evaluation of multi-engine fixed-wing aircraft simulations and training devices.
• Develop, execute, and supervise test plans; document results and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate hardware/software integration and customer interface activities.
• Monitor test program costs, schedule, and technical performance.
• Serve as SME for the assigned applications and communicate with stakeholders.
