Responsibilities

• Develop and support engineering design solutions for new capabilities.
• Plan, execute, and document tests to verify performance and safety.
• Analyze test data and design performance to identify trends and issues.
• Support requirement development, traceability, and verification planning.
• Collaborate with systems and customer teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of findings.
• Support integration and troubleshooting in lab, production, or field.
• Ensure work follows applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design, test methods, and analysis.
