Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to lead the JIIL project for the F-135 program within the Provisioning team. You will develop a repeatable CDRL process and guide TIMs and other groups to drive the initiative.

The role requires a Bachelor’s with 5 years in IT/CS/Aerospace (or advanced degree with 3 years), plus 2+ years leading medium to large projects and strong communication skills. Onsite role with relocation not provided and strict U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Aerospace
• 2 years of leading medium to large sized projects
• U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead the JIIL project for the F-135 program as part of the Provisioning team.
• Define and develop a repeatable process to deliver the CDRL on a monthly cadence.
• Lead and support TIMs and other working groups as part of the JIIL initiative.
• Support the F135 Provisioning/LSA team by identifying and implementing process improvement.
• Meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
