Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Provisioning/IT specialist to lead the JIIL efforts for the F-135 program. You will drive CDRL delivery, coordinate TIMs, and work with the Provisioning/LSA team to improve processes onsite.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with IT/CS/Aerospace background, PM experience, and familiarity with ECs/BOMs. U.S. citizenship required; onsite work with RTX family benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years leading medium to large projects using PM methods.
• Experience interpreting ECs and BOM when implementing configuration changes.
• F-135 or provisioning/LSA background preferred.

What You Will Do

• Lead the JIIL (Joint Integrated Items List) project for the F-135 program as part of the Provisioning team.
• Define and develop a repeatable process to deliver the CDRL on a monthly cadence.
• Lead and support Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and other working groups as part of the JIIL initiative.
• Support the F135 Provisioning/LSA (Logistics Support Analysis) team by identifying and implementing process improvement.
• Meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Aerospace or an Advanced degree with 3 years of Information Technology, Computer Science, or Aerospace.
• 2 years of leading medium to large sized projects, utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Qualifications We Prefer 2 years of experience using SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management certifications.
• 2 years of experience interpreting Engineering Changes (ECs), BOM, and implementing Configuration changes.
• F-135, military, and/or Provisioning/LSA background.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
