Job summary

Ledgent Technology seeks an experienced Transactional Systems Engineer to own Cedar Gate EZ Suite (EZCap, EZEDI, EZCare) as the primary admin. You will configure workflows, support upgrades, and partner with business users and vendors to optimize healthcare operations.

The role supports hybrid work in Long Beach, CA with strong preference for local candidates; remote candidates with robust EZCap experience will also be considered. HIPAA and security compliance are core priorities.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting healthcare applications or clinical platforms.
3+ years administering Cedar Gate EZCap (preferred).
Experience with EZCap backend administration and maintenance.
Understanding of healthcare operations in HMO/Health Plan settings.
Familiarity with Claims, Eligibility, Authorizations, Provider/Care Management and ANSI X12.

Responsibilities

Serve as admin and SME for Cedar Gate EZ Suite (EZCap, EZEDI, EZCare).
Configure, support, and optimize workflows, rules, and functionality.
Lead upgrades, releases, testing, deployment, and validation.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and automate processes.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support escalations.
Support integrations with enterprise systems and healthcare interoperability standards.
Maintain documentation and ensure IT governance compliance.
