EY-Parthenon - Strategy and Execution - Corporate and Growth Strategy - (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1736559), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY. Advise clients across the transaction lifecycle focusing on corporate strategy. Help clients in developing actionable growth strategies, such as corporate strategy, investment strategy, transaction evaluation, and/or value creation. Develop business strategies by analyzing market trends or conditions, industry trends, financial data, and utilizing customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization. Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction. Assist in defining the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables in consultation with the Vice President and Managing Director. Manage work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis to creating final client deliverables. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds in performing quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
