Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, vision needs, and personal style.
• Educate patients on eyewear options and lens technology.
• Measure, fit, dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and provide outstanding customer support.
• Process orders, insurance information, and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Support a successful, efficient, and patient-focused optical department.
