Infinity Eye Care in Indianapolis is seeking an Optician / Eyewear Stylist to join our small, close-knit team. You'll help patients turn their doctor's prescription into eyewear they genuinely love.

We’re an independent, locally owned practice that prioritizes a great patient experience and collaborative teamwork. If you enjoy helping people find the right frames and lenses, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, fashion or styling, medical or dental offices.

Responsibilities

• Help patients select frames that complement their style, personality, prescription, and lifestyle
• Educate patients about lens options and confidently recommend products that will improve their vision and everyday experience
• Create an enjoyable, personalized eyewear-shopping experience
• Take accurate measurements and ensure eyewear fits properly
• Adjust, dispense, troubleshoot, and repair eyewear
• Explain insurance benefits, pricing, and payment options clearly
• Follow up with patients and help resolve concerns
• Help maintain an attractive, organized optical gallery
• Contribute to the success of the optical department by working toward team sales and capture-rate goals
• Jump in and help your teammates when needed
