Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and coach associates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Experience with store operations and P&L review.
• Ability to analyze financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure staff do the same.
• Review quality and remakes; enforce policies.
• Prepare store reports and communicate with leadership.
• Oversee promotions, advertising and visual merchandising.
• Supervise and motivate staff; ensure day-to-day tasks completed.
• Assist GM with forecasting staffing, recruiting and retention.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
