National Vision, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily store operations, manage eyeglass sales, and drive profit through strong P&L awareness.

You will supervise Opticians and sales associates, coach teams, coordinate promotions, ensure quality service, and maintain compliance with company policies. This role offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical retail management or supervision.
• Ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive results.
• Problem-solving across varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (i.e. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and staff alignment with standards.
• Review remakes to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Communicate store reports to General Manager and District leadership.
• Lead promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising awareness.
• Supervise Opticians and sales associates and support day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with staffing forecasts, recruitment and retention.
• Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
