Job summary

For Eyes, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist patients in selecting eyewear and related products. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain lens and frame options, and ensure smooth checkout and pickup processes.

Responsibilities include product knowledge, accurate transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment, with opportunities for growth within our eyewear retail network.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Effective selling skills.
• Familiarity with technology, such as POS or patient record systems.
• Embraces new technology and change.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides quick, attentive service.
• Explores patient needs and links to offerings, including eye exams.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features/benefits.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and handles transactions.
• Maintains displays, inventory, and asset security.
• Adheres to attendance and daily timekeeping requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Practice Manager.
