The Sales Associate role supports sales goals, uses optical knowledge to guide lens and frame choices, and helps maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computing/calculator use.
• Strong ability to sell and meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and staff.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and organized displays and inventory.
• Treat customers and colleagues with respect to support inclusive culture.
