Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Optical industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using optical knowledge to meet individual needs.

• Process payments and refunds using the POS system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care.
