Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service with sales goals in fast-paced retail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter, identifying needs to offer products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear to fit budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping to uphold brand standards in-store.
• Assist in lab tasks to edge lenses and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Notify management of equipment issues or order problems in lab area.
• Track delivery times to customers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Undertake other duties as required.
