Qualifications

• 1+ year proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while adhering to company policies.
• Follow quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain brand standards in the store and perform basic housekeeping.
• Handle simple repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses to ensure timely delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order status to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor delivery times and customer promises to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
