Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You will deliver a memorable patient experience, assist with eyewear selection within budget, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You will greet customers, troubleshoot prescriptions, resolve issues, and help ensure on-time delivery of eyewear. Optician experience is a plus, with opportunities for development in a friendly store setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment with sales results.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Help customers choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription problems and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and OSHA safety standards.
• Keep lab and front-store areas organized and meet brand standards.
• Coordinate delivery times to ensure on-time completion of orders.
• Perform simple repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses.
